Shipping charges are automatically calculated in the shopping cart.


Individual gifts (includes production time): 
– Standard shipping: Arrives within 3-5 business days*
– Express shipping:  Arrives within 2-3 business days* (Does not ship to PO Box, street address only)
*Current turnaround time. Subject to change. Excludes bulk  and special orders.

Bulk orders of 12+:

Typically ships within 3-5 business days. Contact us with your zip code and item needed for a quote and to determine turnaround time.

Bar mirrors and custom artwork orders:
Ship 3-5 business days after proof approval.

Rock Lobster Design is not responsible for delays in transit time due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances affecting us or any of our carriers, for any lost or stolen packages, nor for any other delays, non-deliveries or mis-deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

How will my item be shipped?
Orders are shipped either via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Home Delivery®, or FedEx 2Day® and will deliver within the stated time frames noted above.

I need my item quickly. What expedited shipping can you offer?
Express shipping (FedEx 2Day®) is an upgrade available for most items at checkout. Note that Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays are not counted as transit time. Example: An order placed Tuesday before midnight CST will deliver by Friday, assuming there are no federal holidays.

Can you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada only.

Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via USPS Priority or USPS First Class Mail and are expected to arrive within 6-14 business days.  Lifetime Creations is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties charged upon delivery.

Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned back to us as undelivered, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs to re-send the items. In some cases, this may be higher than the shipping amount originally paid.


Our Guarantee

We have the highest standards for our product quality and design, and guarantee our personalized items to be free of defects. Each item is carefully decorated and inspected by our team before shipment. However, if upon delivery you find a quality issue, please notify us at to arrange for an exchange for the same item or a full refund.

We take great care in packaging your order. However, damage may unfortunately happen during transit. Email us  with a photo of the damage upon receipt of the item, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

All returns or exchanges on defective items must be made within 30 days of receipt, and the items must be in new condition and in original packaging.

Other Returns & Exchanges

Once we personalize an item for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please check the spelling, names and dates carefully on your order before submitting.

We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
